Computers and IPADs

There are two computers for children to use for research and homework, including to look up books in the catalog and access databases. There are 2 IPADs that kids can borrow and play educational games.

Library Cards

Stoneham children are eligible for a library card when they turn 5. A child’s application must be signed by a parent or legal guardian if they are in fifth grade or younger, and the adult must have a valid form of ID such as a license or utility bill so that staff can verify a Stoneham address. For kids in sixth grade and up, we need something to verify identity, such as a school ID. Alternatively, they can come with their guardian and we can use a license to verify.
