Celebrate the Moon Festival with local children’s book author Windy Pham in a fun, interactive cultural workshop for children and families!

Through bilingual storytelling, hands-on crafts, and traditional treats, children will discover the history and traditions of the Moon Festival while exploring Asian culture through stories, art, and creative play.

Children will:

Enjoy an interactive bilingual storytime and learn about the Moon Festival

Make and decorate their own lantern

Create a playdough mooncake and sample a traditional mooncake

Learn about Moon Festival traditions and celebrations

Designed for children ages 3–8 and their families, this engaging program offers a fun way for children to learn, create, and connect with culture and community.
